• Download ROM Manager app from market and choose flash clockwork mod recovery.
• Backup apps by titanium backup, then download rom and gapps.
• Open Rom manager and reboot to recovery.
• Create a backup, then Wipe data/factory reset
• Wipe dalvik cache, then Flash Rom.
• Flash gapps, and then reboot your device.
• Let Google restore apps or use titanium back.
• If you use titanium backup, only restore missing apps NOT system apps.
